PAYMENTS

We accept cash, Debit, VISA and MasterCard. We DO NOT accept checks or email transfers.

 

SERVICES

All services do not include HST or the cost of a finishing service, ie blow dry or haircut. At Salon Lily as part of our professional code of ethics no one "leaves wet", additional fees may apply.

All prices are subject to change without notice. Please check any of our four service menus for up to date pricing.

WHAT IS THE + ABOUT?

The prices listed are a reference and will be charged accordingly to the clients/stylist needs. Unfortunately sometimes the stylist can’t always predict what will be needed but at Salon Lily we have an upfront worth ethic and will keep you posted on your options as we service you.

CONSULTATIONS

Please feel free to visit us for a quick free consultation to get an better idea of the services needed and pricing, an appointment will be require.

CONFIRMATION TEXT & EMAILS

As a courtesy, Salon Lily will text and or email to confirm your service appointment 48 hours prior to your appointment date. However, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the No Show fee.

In order to take advantage of this service you must request and fill out the information directly through the salon. Please note these services are done via a third party provider and will not be able to receive any incoming messages. To reschedule or cancel any service please call the salon directly and leave a voicemail if needed.

CANCELLATION OR LATE POLICY

At this time we will not be implementing a cancellation or late policy. However these potential policies will be closely watched and considered over time.

 

Cancellation in advance allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our team members scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone. To reschedule or cancel any service please call the salon directly and leave a voicemail if needed.

 

NO  SHOW POLICY

At Salon Lily we are committed to providing all of our guest with an exceptional experience. We appreciate that sometimes life’s priorities can change but when you forget or miss your appointment without giving notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our standby list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked weeks/months ago. A No Show Fee policy is strictly enforced and will billable prior to your next appointment at 50% of the missed reservation.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

All information collected by Salon Lily is for the use of Salon Lily only and will not be given to any third parties. We use your personal information to better serve you with appointment reminders, retail services and yearly promotions tailored to you.

DEPOSITS

Any hair extension, special occasion styling services of 3+ people or color corrections must be held with a credit card with a minimum of a 50% deposit in order to book the reservation. These services cannot be cancelled within 48 hours of the reservation and will be charged the remaining amount due without refund. Additional fees may apply to book a new time slot.
